We get as many people involved in our worship service as possible whether it be reading scripture, leading music or using our gifts in some other way

Rev. John Schmidtke is our Senior Pastor.  
He is well known for his powerful and life-changing sermons.  
His sermons can be heard on WSPL 1250 AM 
here in Streator IL at 9:00am on Sunday mornings 
or worldwide via sermon cloud. 
 
Our weekly Praise and Prayer Service is at 6pm on Sunday nights. 
We have a casual sing-along with Gospel music, a brief Bible message and then a time for small group prayer. 
                            The general public is cordially invited.                              You certainly don't have to be Baptist to join in! 
Music ministry for the meetings will be provided by Robin and Andrea Taylor, local artists from Streator. Other local Christian singers and musicians are also invited to participate.
